Ibuleve Speed Relief Spray 5% is specially formulated to allow rapid absorption of ibuprofen through the skin for effective relief at the point of pain. It is a clear and colourless spray that contains no fragrance. It is also non-sticky and non-greasy.
Convenient pump action that even sprays when held upside down.
Good For anyone with pain in a hard to reach area - popular with back pain sufferers.
Ibuleve: Clinically proven pain relief - without pills.
What is Ibuleve?
Ibuleve means fast and effective pain relief that's applied directly through the skin to target painful, inflamed areas. And a clinical trial has shown that Ibuleve Gel can work as quickly and effectively as 400mg ibuprofen tablets for treating painful injuries such as back pain, sprains and strains.
Ibuleve is easily applied and absorbed directly where you need it. Because the pain relief is targeted in this way, there is less risk of the side effects that can be associated with taking painkilling tablets.
Ibuleve Gel provides fast and effective relief from:
Sprains and strains
Common arthritic conditions
How does Ibuleve work?
Ibuleve has been specially formulated by UK experts in skin penetrating medicines, to make sure that the active ingredient (ibuprofen) penetrates through the skin and into underlying tissues. This is important because the skin normally behaves as a very effective barrier, preventing access by this route of administration.
The entire Ibuleve range is specially designed to be fragrance-free, colourless, non-greasy and cooling, so there are none of the characteristic smells or irritating skin sensations associated with some topical painkillers.
How to apply Ibuleve Speed Relief Spray 5%:
Holding the bottle upright or upside-down, approximately 4 to 6 inches away from the skin, spray over the affected area.
After every 2 to 3 sprays, gently massage the preparation into the skin, over and around the painful site, until it dries.
The exact amount to be applied will vary, depending on the extent and severity of the condition, but it should normally be sufficient to apply 5 to 10 sprays (1 to 2 ml). This amount may be repeated 3 to 4 times daily.
Wash hands after use, unless treating them.
If symptoms persist for more than a few weeks, consult your doctor or a pharmacist before continuing treatment.
You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use.
