Please return all unwanted medicines to the pharmacy where we will dispose of them safely.
NHS Health Advice and Self-Care
The pharmacist and our trained assistants are available for advice on all medicines and minor ailments. We can also give you advice on how to live a healthy life, for example, advice on how to stop smoking or healthy diets. Patient Medication Records
Our computer allows us to keep records of all your prescriptions dispensed by us. This helps us check for possible problems, such as interactions between medicines and will help us deal with any queries you may have.
We comply with the Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality. If you want to discuss the records we keep, please ask to speak to the pharmacist.

What is the difference between High Strength & Extra High Strength Cod Liver Oil?
As no two people are the same Seven Seas has developed a range of products to meet individual healthcare needs. We offer a choice of Omega-3 levels as well as a choice of capsule or liquid formats.
For example, High Strength supplying 200mg Omega-3 would be a good choice for someone looking to ensure a healthy Omega-3 intake or help maintain supple and flexible joints. Extra High Strength capsule that provides 400mg of Omega-3 might better suit an older person who wants higher strength help to maintain supple and flexible joints.
I have read that Omega-3s in oily fish, fish oils and Cod Liver Oil are good for the heart, the brain, the joints and lots of other things besides. Isn’t this too good to be true?
It does seem quite miraculous that one type of nutrient should be able to do all these things, but when you realise that the Omega-3 fatty acids are an important part of the membrane of every single cell in the human body, it begins to make sense. Without enough Omega-3, the function of every cell is impaired to a lesser or greater degree. Adults (over 15 years) 10 ml (2 teaspoons) a day.
Children (over 11 years) 5 ml (1 teaspoon) a day.
Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
