All medicines are dispensed in child resistant containers unless you ask us not to.
Please remember: Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children. Our pharmacist can advise you on safe storage of medicines.
NHS Unwanted Medicines Service
Please return all unwanted medicines to the pharmacy where we will dispose of them safely.
NHS Health Advice and Self-Care
The pharmacist and our trained assistants are available for advice on all medicines and minor ailments. We can also give you advice on how to live a healthy life, for example, advice on how to stop smoking or healthy diets. Patient Medication Records
Our computer allows us to keep records of all your prescriptions dispensed by us. This helps us check for possible problems, such as interactions between medicines and will help us deal with any queries you may have.
We comply with the Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality. If you want to discuss the records we keep, please ask to speak to the pharmacist.

Jungle Formula Plug In Mosquito/Insect Killer Refill Unit (1x25ml Refill Unit): Used in conjunction with the Jungle Formula Plug In, kills mosquitoes, midges and other small flying insects by releasing a long lasting, odourless, insecticide vapour.
The active ingredient, Prallethrin, will keep your room clear of bugs and offers up to 45 nights protection, when used for an average of 8-10 hours per night.

- The plug-in has a child-proof lock and an automatic voltage converter (110-240v) to make it suitable for all countries with 2-pin sockets.

Where can it be used?
The Plug-In has an automatic voltage converter (110-240v) and is suitable for all countries with 2 pin sockets, which accounts for the majority of Europes main holiday and business destinations. Directions for the use of Jungle Formula Plug-in:
Turn on approximately 2 hours before retiring to bed. Use one unit for an average sized room of 30 cubic metres (5 x 3 x 2m3). Not suitable for air-conditioned rooms. Replace the refill bottle after 45 nights (8/10 hours per night) with another Jungle Formula refill bottle To remove the liquid bottle, push up and turn to the left. During storage the liquid bottle should be removed from the unit and the cap replaced securely.
Precautions to consider before the use of Jungle Formula plug-in:

WASH HANDS AND EXPOSED SKIN before meals and after use.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
WASH ANY CONTAMINATION from skin or eyes immediately

The appliance has hot surfaces to evaporate the active ingredients which should not be touched during use.
